  Is it possible to send luggage in advance?

  We can keep luggage shipped by guests prior to their stay at the hotel.
  Please send them prepaid. *We are unable to accept "payment on delivery".
  Please send us the name of the person staying at the hotel (name of reservation) and the date of your stay. Please note the following when sending your items.
  *Please do not include food, breakables, or valuables. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

  Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

  A

  You may leave your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out on the day of your stay. After check-out, we will accept luggage that can be picked up on the Check-in Day.
  Please feel free to ask at the front desk.

  Can I stay with my pet?

  Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel. （Pets (including dogs, cats, mammals, birds of prey, reptiles, insects, birds, and other small animals) are not allowed.

  Guide dogs and service dogs are allowed.

About Children

  Can my child sleep with me?

  A

  Only children from 0 to 5 years old (under 5 years old) may sleep with their parents, but please take the bed size into consideration before deciding if they can sleep with their parents.
  We do not charge for the use of children who sleep with their parents.
  However, meals for the accompanying children are not included.

  Do you accommodate food allergies?

  At CROSS Life HAKATA YANAGIBASHI various dishes are prepared in the same kitchen with the same cooking equipment.

  Therefore, we do not prepare menus for guests with food allergies, nor do we prepare a list of allergies, as we consider the safety of our guests our top priority.
  We ask that customers understand the above and use their own judgment when deciding whether or not to eat the food.
  We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
  If you wish, you may bring your own food to be consumed and eat it at the same table as your companion.
  If you wish to bring your own food, please let us know in advance at the time of reservation.
